Below are simple steps that you can use when you want to make orders from our shop :

 

1. Choose your items and send your order by email to sabilicrafthouse@gmail.com, informing us:

      * Item code

      * Quantity of the item

Please take note that we ONLY accept orders through EMAIL.

 

2. After receiving your email, we will check the availability of the item stock and we will sent out order confirmation. 

    Once you received the order confirmation email, the reservation is valid for 3 DAYS ONLY.

    We also will give you our details for payment purposes. 

3. The payment through bank-in or transfer the payment should be made within 3 days.

    If we do not receive any response from your side after the 3 days, your order would be cancelled, automatically without any further notice.

4. Please inform us the transaction date, amount and which bank you bank in/transfer the payment to after you have made the payment.
     We are very appreciate if you can forward us the bank notice.

     Kindly give us your name, address and contact no.

 

5. After receiving payment confirmation, we will send out the items to you via POSLAJU. 

    We will provide you the tracking no.

How to make order.

  • We only serve serious buyers.

  • Goods SOLD are not refundable/exchangeable.

  • All goods are selling in Malaysia currency.

  • All prices are fixed and not postage included.

  • Cost of shipping will be based on items ordered and shipping method.

  • All items will be packed and wrapped carefully before be sending out, therefore we will not responsible for any damage caused in the transmitting process.

  • Colour of the items may vary from the actual colours due to lighting effect, camera and screen resolutions. We try our best to provide you the nearest to the actual colour of the goods.
